Following are standard costs to help you form a rough estimate for the basic accommodations your group needs. The costs are per person, per day to allow flexibility in your group size and dates as those details are confirmed. These amounts represent the minimum Emmanuel needs to cover the costs of hosting visitors and are paid in the form of a donation to Emmanuel Ministries, which allows us to protect other donations that go directly to the needs of the children and ministries in our care.

Lodging
$10 per person, per day
Half the cost for children 5 to 12 years old
Free for children 0 to 4 years old
Meals
Specially prepared – We hire cooks to prepare meals specifically for your group.
$20 per person, per day
($3 breakfast, $8 lunch, $8 dinner, $1 purified water/ice)
With our children – Eat with the children in the home the same meals planned for them.
$10 per person, per day
($3 breakfast, $3 lunch, $3 dinner, $1 purified water/ice)
Half the cost for children 5 to 12 years old
Free for children 0 to 4 years old
Note: You can also plan a combination of meals specially prepared and with the children.
Transportation
$10 per person, per day
$40 minimum per group, per day (for groups of less than 4)
(includes extra space needed for luggage, gas and time while waiting on bridge, and trip to store etc. before crossing border into Juarez)
Half the cost for children 5 to 12 years old
Free for children 0 to 4 years old
Special plans such as outings, projects, or activities that require funds paid by Emmanuel on your behalf should be discussed as soon as possible and will accompany a custom quote from Emmanuel that will remain separate from the above costs for basic accommodations.
Deadlines
One month in advance of your trip, we ask you to send…
- 50% of the total estimated cost for accommodations for the entire group
- Final flight itinerary/exact time of arrival and departure
- Final group size/makeup
- Final plans that require funds paid by Emmanuel on your behalf
Upon receiving this information, we will be able to send you a final quote for the entire cost of your visit.
Two weeks in advance of your trip, we would need in our hands the remainder due of the total cost.
